Once that is done, our client needs to go to the Courthouse and place themselves on calendar to be seen by the Judge. It’s that simple. Once our client is out on bond, their obligation with us is Very Simple: Appear at all required court dates. Also, our clients must also continue to make all required payments.
Once a bond has been posted at the jail and our client is released from the jail facility, the premium fee is non-refundable. The Bail Bond is good for the length of our clients’ case pending the outcome of the case that our client is out on bond.
The release time varies from Jail facility and also varies by County. Once the bail is delivered, the agent has no control over the arrested individuals release time. Many Jail facilities have a release time of 6-8 hours. Please keep in mind, that these release times are just estimates. The time of release could be possibly sooner.
